Should I Use A Mortgage Broker?

Well why wouldn’t you?  The mortgage broker works for you to get you the best mortgage, not what your financial institution is handing out to you or pushing you into.  Surveys are done on an on going basis and clearly the brokers are providing the best service when it comes to your mortgage.  Why?  That’s what they do.  They are the experts.  Oh and the mortgage specialists that many banks now have they aren’t any better then their usual staff.  They are simply solving a problem for the banks.   That problem is loss of market share.  MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARE DISCOVERING THAT WORKING WITH A MORTGAGE BROKER IS THE BEST WAY TO GO.   So the banks came up with ‘mortgage specialists’, pretending that they are something they aren’t.   So don’t be misled by the banks when they let you know that they have a specialist.  They only have access to their products.  If you’re working with your bank, switch and save yourself tons of money.
