As a mortgage broker I work for you, not a bank or any other lender, to find the right mortgage for you. I work quickly and effectively in obtaining your approval. Something you’d expect when someone works for you. I also let you know what’s happening in the mortgage market, interest rates and other pertinent information.

The lender pays Invis a finder’s fee and then Invis sends me a portion of that as my compensation. That means that under most circumstances you would not pay me a fee of any kind. More complicated lending solutions require fees, however these would be disclosed to you.

Above all, I keep your information confidential. All information you give to me is kept locked and shredded should the mortgage not proceed.

Reverse Mortgages

Although this sounds like something complicated, it is a very straightforward way to unlock money for you. For many clients over 60 years of age, who wish to add cash to their accounts, pay off bills such as medical bills, increase their investments for dividend or interest income, or perhaps purchase a residence in a warm client or to help their family or business, the reverse mortgage may be the answer.

Under the Canadian Home Income Plan, you may be able to use the money that’s locked up in the value of your home, to accomplish any one of these beneficial activities. However, you do not have to qualify the same way as a traditional mortgage that I offer through OKApprovedMortgages.com.

For instance, imagine never making a payment unlike most mortgages. In other words you don’t need to qualify like you would at a bank, and worry about making a large payment every month!
