Sometimes we find ourselves in the uncomfortable and confusing position when a loved one succumbs to a severe debilitating injury or perhaps their life has ended.

Many clients do not want to deal with the financial aspects of these events as they are time consuming and often difficult. That’s where I can come in on your behalf.

My services can act as your Power of Attorney, attorney under a representation agreement or as an executor of an estate. I follow the guidelines as set out by provincial legislation to act in these capacities.

I currently have a bank of wills and powers of attorneys that I will act upon when time determines the requirement.
